You are entitled to the pay set in the sector’s collective agreement. The tables set the minimum per hour worked, and holidays are paid separately.
The company must register you (alta) from day one. You can check it in your work history (vida laboral).
Every hour you work must be recorded and paid. With your payslip, the company must give you a day-by-day list of your hours. You must have at least 12 hours of rest between two working days.
Your contract continues between seasons. You must be called back in order of seniority. If you are not called, you have 20 working days to claim.
30 days for a full year, and in proportion if you worked part of it. They are paid when you take them.
Go to the company’s mutua and say it happened at work. The agreement tops your pay up to 100 % while you are on sick leave.
With an orange or red AEMET warning, the company must adapt the work or cut hours if other measures are not enough.
Even without a work permit, the work you have done must be paid, and you are protected if you have an accident.
You only have 20 working days to claim. A complaint to the Labour Inspectorate does not stop this deadline.
